15gifts director, Tom Cox and Nilden Ozkan met in 2010. He was an entrepreneur with a big idea. From working with one developer, his company now has 22 employees and a very successful product with big growth potential.
Being very business-driven, from early on Tom delegated his bookkeeping and tax returns to us, and assigned us to produce monthly accounts and report on business performance and growth. Our responsibilities increased to producing monthly management accounts and to interpreting these at board meetings.
